"I placed an order recently with The Inappropriate Gift Co. After ordering, I decided to add something to my order and Sophie was an absolute dream at organising this for me so that I did not have to pay a second amount for shipping.
My parcel was then returned to sender through a mix up with Australia Post and, yet again, Sophie came through and organised it to be re-sent via express post the same day she received it so that I had it for the weekend (as some of it was a gift).
Even though it would have been a bit of trouble, they handled it all so well and not once did they complain or make it difficult. It has honestly been one of the easiest and best customer service experiences I have ever had and I could not recommend the team more highly!"
