SHIPPING INFORMATION

Why is it so expensive to ship outside Australia?

Cause we’re a fucking long way from anywhere !! (except New Zealand Bro).
We’ve tried several ‘cheaper’ options to ship our products internationally, however, based on customer feedback regarding extensive delays, missing products and in some cases broken items (you should see the pics!!), we have made the decision to use Pack and Track for up to 2kg parcels and Express Courier International for up to 20kg.
This ensures your order shipping is tracked and gets to you fast, so you don’t have to wait so long to enjoy your new gifts !!
From our purely unselfish perspective, we recommend you purchase several products so the relative shipping cost is not so bad.

When will my items get shipped?

If the item(s) you have ordered is(are) stocked in our warehouse and your order is placed before 2pm Australian Eastern time then we aim to ship your order the next Business day.

During peak times (eg Xmas), order packing time may take 1-2 business days before your items is shipped via your chosen method.

How do I know if the items are stocked in your warehouse?

These will be the items listed as “In Stock” and not identified as being shipped directly from one of our trusted local manufacturers. This is marked on the product description as:
“SHIPPING - This item is lovingly manufactured by one of our trusted local suppliers. As a result, it will most likely ship separately to the rest of your order.”

Why do some items ship separately?

As per the last point, some of the items we sell are manufactured here in Australia and are shipped directly from our trusted local supplier.

When will my package arrive?

Australia

You lucky bastards … living in such a sun drenched beautiful country, you can enjoy the cheap rates of Australia Post with delivery time once shipped as follows:

Standard (Parcel Post)

• Sending to same state (ie NSW)
• Metro - up to 2 business days
• Country - up to 5 business days
• Other States 3-6 business days

Express Post

• Next Business Day (after warehouse packaging)
• Covers 80% of Australian business addresses, private addresses and Post Office Boxes.
• Service operates between all capital cities (except Darwin and in Perth CBD only) and some major centres. Outside metropolitan areas guaranteed service is to and from townships only.

Courier Post

• Metro to metro delivery within NSW only

Not so sure those in North 'Merica' are that in to our product range, but you 'Canadanians' are loving us, so we’re looking at options to help keep shipping costs down for you guys and potentially warehouse somewhere close by.
