To celebrate International Dogs day on the 23rd August, we have compiled our funniest dog memes for you.  Why is there an International Dog Day, we hear you ask? 

This day is celebrated annually on the 26th August and was founded in 2004 by Animal Rescue Advocate Colleen Paige.  The date is significant to her as it was the day she adopted her first rescue dog, Sheltie, from a local shelter when she was 10 years old.
