Tis the season to be tipsy...fa la la la la la la la. Christmas in July is a perfect time to get your besties together and have a laugh. No fun story ever started with someone eating a salad, so you are going to need some naughty (but nice) alcoholic beverages.
We have compiled an inappropriate cocktail menu for you....
These layered shots will be the signature drink of your inappropriate xmas in July party!
RumChata is a cream liqueur with Caribbean rum, cream, sugar, cinnamon and vanilla. (it can be difficult to buy in Australia, so you can use Baileys Irish Cream and then use squirty cream on top to make it white)

A fun take on the espresso martini... (much sweeter and more indulgent)
(Image and recipe from singlemindedwomen.com)
Rim a martini glass with crushed up chocolate cookie crumbs and set aside. Shake chocolate vodka, hazelnut liqueur, Crème de Cacao and cream over ice and pour into the martini glass. Dust top with more chocolate cookie crumbs.

Best to make these as a batch (so multiply the ingredient quantities by the number of champagne flutes you want to make)
Santa has replaced the cowboy!

You only need two ingredients:
Pour the butterscotch schnapps into the shot glass. Carefully add the Bailey's, letting it float on top, and serve.
Place all of the ingredients (except for the prosecco and fresh passionfruit) into a cocktail shaker and shake for 30 secs.
Strain the passionfruit martini into two martini glasses. Float a halved fresh passionfruit (cut side up) in each of the martini glasses. Either drink the prosecco shot before sipping the pornstar martini or pour the prosecco into the glass to enjoy together.

Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add all the ingredients and shake well. Pour the mixture into a glass over ice. Garnish with a few small mint leaves.

Fill a glass with ice and if using, add up to 15ml of lime juice or lime cordial (or to your taste). Pour the advocaat and lemonade over the ice and stir gently until the outside of the glass feels cold top with a cherry.

Dads can be notoriously hard to buy for, mostly because they either already have everything or genuinely want nothing except to be left alone. Sure, if money were no object, you could gift him a flame-throwing 10-burner BBQ fit for a caveman king. But if the funds are low and the appreciation is high, go for something that’ll make him laugh and remind him he’s loved and to say thank you for the blocked toilet repairs and 2am nightclub picks even though you're a "functioning" adult.
